A cluster of exploits hit a decentralized perpetual exchange and an Ethereum bridge within days of each other, with the larger breach alone accounting for over $24 million in stolen stablecoins. The bridge was hit for a second time in two months using a variation of a flaw first exploited in May, a reminder of how often teams patch a bug without closing the door it came through.
